A vehicle is any distinct dispatch unit in your fleet profile, regardless of whether it runs every day. If you have seasonal vehicles that are inactive, contact us and we can discuss how that affects your count.
No. All plans include unlimited stops and unlimited route plans per day. You pay the flat monthly rate for your vehicle count tier, nothing more.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Annual billing is available on Fleet and Enterprise plans at a discount. Contact us for annual pricing options.
